By creating an account and using pd4d services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register.

By accessing the pd4d website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pd4d.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the pd4d website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
To register and use pd4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age. pd4d strictly enforces this age restriction. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to gamble under the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Our services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia when accessing and using pd4d services. We employ geo-location technology to verify your location. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You are not prohibited from gambling by any law applicable to you, and you accept full responsibility for ensuring that your use of pd4d services complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
You may only register one account per person, household, IP address, or payment method. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly forbidden and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to void all bets and withhold withdrawals.
If you have previously self-excluded from pd4d or any other gambling platform, you must not register a new account. By registering, you confirm that you are not currently subject to any gambling self-exclusion or addiction treatment program.
To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information provided must match your official Indonesian identification documents (KTP). Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify pd4d immediately via our support channels.
Before processing your first withdrawal, pd4d requires completion of KYC verification. You must provide clear copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP or passport) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months). KYC verification typically takes 2-24 hours. Failure to complete KYC will prevent withdrawals. We may request additional documentation at our discretion to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
You must keep your account information current and accurate. If your contact details, address, or payment methods change, you must update your account immediately. pd4d is not responsible for communications sent to outdated contact information.
pd4d accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major Indonesian e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit is Rp 10,000. There is no maximum deposit limit. Deposits are processed instantly. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded minus any processing fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may be processed in installments at our discretion. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3-10 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB), with VIP members receiving priority processing. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits. You must wager your deposit at least once (1x rollover) before requesting a withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
All transactions on pd4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit from a payment method denominated in another currency, your financial institution's exchange rate will apply. pd4d does not profit from currency conversion and does not control exchange rates.
pd4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees.
We reserve the right to delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms. Additional verification may be required. In cases of suspected criminal activity, we may withhold funds and report to relevant authorities.
All bonuses offered by pd4d are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming any offer. Wagering requirements typically range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute based on odds (typically bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%). Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 14-30 days), after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses without risk, and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus conditions. pd4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems. Any suspected bonus abuse will result in cancellation of bonuses, voiding of winnings, and potential account closure.
pd4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. We may exclude certain players from promotions at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or irregular betting patterns.
All bets are subject to acceptance by pd4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly for unusually large stakes or suspicious betting patterns. Once a bet is confirmed via the betting slip confirmation screen, it is considered accepted and cannot be canceled by the player except where explicitly stated (e.g., cash-out feature on live sports bets).
Sports betting odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. pd4d is not responsible for display errors, incorrect odds, or technical glitches. In cases of obvious errors (palpable errors), pd4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Results are determined based on official league or tournament results. In cases of abandoned or postponed matches, bets will be void unless otherwise stated in specific sport rules.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by professional dealers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of technical malfunction. In cases of proven malfunction, affected game rounds will be void and stakes refunded.
pd4d offers togel betting on official draw results from Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau, and other licensed lottery operators. Results are based on official published draws and cannot be disputed. Draw times are approximate and may vary. pd4d is not responsible for delays in official draw results.
Maximum payout limits apply to certain bet types and are displayed in the relevant game or betting rules. We reserve the right to limit winnings if maximum payout thresholds are exceeded.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

pd4d provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that pd4d cannot be held responsible for your gambling decisions or outcomes.
You may close your account at any time by contacting pd4d customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements on bonuses). Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you (minus any bonuses or winnings deemed invalid due to terms violations). pd4d is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from account termination.
If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pd4d is licensed. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these terms.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through pd4d customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's arbitration body. Arbitration decisions are final and binding.
You acknowledge that pd4d operates internationally and that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia.
